Return Policy
Items can be returned at your expense within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. To initiate a return, email yo@jroo.co.
Warranty
jroo music machines guarantees our products to be free from manufacturing defects in both materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, email yo@jroo.co

If you want your data deleted or want to know what we have, email yo@jroo.co. EU customers: your GDPR rights apply, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. California customers: your CCPA rights apply including knowing what we collect, deletion, and opt-out of sales (we don't sell data).

Shipping
Items ship within 1-2 business days from Ottawa, Canada. For international orders, additional duties and taxes from your country may apply. You are responsible for paying those fees.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders outside Canada, charges do not include duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country's customs agency upon delivery. These fees are your responsibility and are collected by the shipping carrier when your package arrives.
All International Orders
We declare the full value of all items for insurance purposes and cannot mark packages as "gifts." If a package is returned to us due to non-payment of import fees, we will refund the product cost minus our actual shipping expenses in both directions.
US Customers
Our products are manufactured in Canada and are USMCA compliant, which should qualify them for duty-free treatment when imported to the United States. However, final determination of duty status is made by US Customs and Border Protection at the time of import. We cannot guarantee how customs officials will classify or assess your specific shipment.
